Known issue with course eval & completion

Dear NCCAOM Diplomates

We were made aware on June 27, 2024 of an issue with a 3rd-party software platform such that course evaluations have stopped popping up after finishing the course content and quiz, and hence we are not currently being automatically notified of completion of live webinars or distance-learning courses so that we can report back to the NCCAOM to request issuing of official PDA certificates.

Please be assured that we are working to restore normal course function ASAP and are receiving technical support from the software vendor. We believe this problem may have started as far back as the beginning of June 2024. If you are an NCCAOM Diplomate and have completed a course but have not received your official PDA certificate of completion from the NCCAOM, please let us know and we will report it manually to the NCCAOM ASAP.

If you have not been able to obtain your official PDA certificate within a timeframe as expected and required for license renewal, employment, or other external agency, please email info@aomprofessional.com. We will be glad consider requests for refunds or credit towards future courses.

We value our customers, and as licensed acupuncturists ourselves, we know how much credit for timely completion of courses can mean to licensed professionals. We sincerely apologize for any distress or inconvenience that this problem has caused.
