Medical Documentation: Essential Best Practices – Distance Learning/Self-Study Course

Thank you for taking this class! You have 1 year from date-of-purchase to complete your class and obtain your certificates of completion. Here’s how:

1. Open up each subject under “Course Content” below and scroll through the slideshow, and mark the slideshow (and any other contents, if present) as “complete.”

2. Complete the quiz. You may take the quiz as many times as you need to get the required 100% correct.

3. Complete the course eval. The eval should “pop up” as soon as you complete the quiz (you may need to disable a pop-up blocker for www.aomprofessional.com to see the eval). The course eval is not optional, it is required by NCCAOM & California Acupuncture Board.

NCCAOM Diplomates please note: for us to report your course completion to the NCCAOM, you must provide your first & last name in the course eval, exactly as listed in the NCCAOM Diplomate database. If you check “anonymous” or use a different name spelling, the NCCAOM will not be able to associate our report with your account, and you will not receive PDAs.

NCCAOM Diplomates: we will report your course completion to the NCCAOM as soon as possible after you complete the quiz and survey. Please allow 1 week to receive your PDA certificate by email from the NCCAOM.

California Licensees: This class has not yet been approved for CAB CEUs. If you would like Category 1 CEUs for this class, please let us know at least 6 weeks in advance of when you will need CEUs. We will then submit an application to the CAB for CEUs, and notify you when it has been approved. When the class has been approved and you have completed it, your CEU certificate will be immediately available to download, and will also be stored in your account under “My Certificates of Completion.”

If you wish to continue to access the class materials after 1 year, you may subscribe to the E-book, which includes the same notes, slideshows and any associated videos.

Please let us know if you have any trouble navigating the class. Thank you for your purchase, and we hope you found the class useful!

Best wishes,

Anthony Von der Muhll, L.Ac.
